a new onee

 Today is the start of a new leaf, even though I went to bed late, we get up at the time we want, getting up is like running. We know we can stop at any moment but keeping going, and pushing through is what makes us great, today I pushed through, and it felt great not even gonna lie. 

Had a class, and learned how sound can change, with speed, volume, shape of mouth, resonators, and pitch. Trying it with sounds than with the written word will be very different, but it will help you expand your awareness of how you sound, how the sounds your body makes work, and how those sounds are perceived. 

Has this other class, we spoke about how in playwriting we want the audience to feel smart or dumb, like theyve found something out even though weve left breadcrumbs for them to follow. Its an interesting dilema cause as creators we are open and aware that we all perceive differently and think in a different order, but when thinking about a play with an audience for example we think about how plot feels to them. Where to divert their attention, very interesting juxtaposition. 

Today was a lift day so i hit that, looking forward to a sore back with run tomorrow. 

Also i went to go see Midsummer-nights Dream, and so many or my actor friends were in it. It brought me such joy to see all of my companions so deeply engulfed into their craft. Something beautiful really, i enjoyed every aspect of being in this field and getting to see them thrive, because its rare to see friends perform. But when it happens it should be cherished, regardless if they're acting. 

Now im going to try to go to bed early and be productive tomorrow, as i have a super long for the shirt film! We start shooting on friday! Im so excited!!!
